An Overview of Sand Hill Stables

Ride your heart out in the bright indoor arena, utilize the round pen or hit the trails and cross country course. Your horse will be spoiled with plenty of group turnout, spacious windowed stalls equipped with feed tub,  water bucket (two if he’s a big drinker!). An additional service that we provide is a laundry service for saddle pads, sheets, and blankets. Stalls are cleaned 6 days a week.

Sand Hill Stable provides a relaxed atmosphere where our boarders and friends can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee (and maybe a doughnut), read a book or watch videos in our heated lounge (with viewing into arena and a full kitchenette) and bathroom.  We also have a gym (and heated wash rack for when you’re done– just kidding!).

A group of equine and archery enthusiasts brining the sport of mounted archery to northeast Ohio.  We plan to provide educational and training opportunities in both archery and riding for mounted archery.

Since this is a complex sport combining two ancient art forms, it is strongly recommended to practice both elements separately before combining the two into mounted archery.  This club will provide archery lessons and practices.  Sand Hill Stable can provide riding lessons.  For 2018, the group plans to offer several mounted archery clinics in which we have professionals helping us and you to get started in this wonderful sport as safely as possible.

Yearly individual membership – $25

Yearly family membership – $45
